The session ended with an incomplete job, a $500 bill, and a cleaner who had to rush off to another appointment.
"After this experience, we knew there had to be a better way to operate and make this type of experience a positive one, where we provide all the supplies ourselves and ensure an A+ experience top to bottom," said Shabeer, Co-Founder of Now It's Clean. Two Brothers From Stouffville
Raised in Stouffville, Ontario, Shabeer and Zubair grew up valuing family, hockey, community, hard work, and pride in the place they call home — including an unusual attention to keeping their own spaces clean and organized. Before founding Now It's Clean, both brothers built careers in corporate sales and marketing, leading small and medium-sized teams for SaaS businesses. That experience shaped how they would later build processes, communicate with customers, develop teams, and listen.
